Which video links can I use?
YouTube videos and Shorts, TikTok posts, Instagram Reels and video posts, Facebook videos and Reels, and X posts with a video. Use one public video link at a time.
Why do quality choices vary?
Clip Harbor lists the compatible MP4 resolutions available for each video, up to 1080p. It does not upscale a lower-resolution original.
Can I download private or login-only videos?
No. Only publicly accessible videos are supported. Passwords, cookies, paid access and DRM workarounds are not used.
What if a video cannot be downloaded?
A platform may restrict a video, require login, or change how it serves files. The app will show the problem. Check that the link points to one public video and try again after the source is available.
Where do my downloads go?
The file is prepared temporarily on your server. Select Download MP4 to save it to your device before the shown expiry time.
Do I need permission to download?
Use Clip Harbor only when you have the required platform and rights-holder permissions. The tool is not affiliated with or endorsed by the listed platforms.
